It's Football Season Folks! This recipe is perfect for it too. I love pizza, but I get a little sick of it. This is a great, creamy alternative.
What you need..
1 ½ c. pizza sauce
1 (3.5-ounce) pack of HORMEL Pepperoni Minis (these are o good in Salads too!)
1 (8-ounce) pack of cream cheese
⅔ c. ricotta cheese
⅔ c. grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp dried oregano leaves
1 c. shredded pizza cheese (mozzarella or pizza blend)

Make it..
Heat pizza sauce on medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until sauce is thickened. Stir occasionally then set aside.
Pre Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook pepperoni minis over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain excess grease on a paper towel.
Mix cream cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and oregano in a med bowl. Spread into then bottom of greased dish.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over cheese mixture then top with pepperoni minis and pizza cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve with bread sticks.
I wish I had taken photos, but it was such a hectic day and the kids were ready to eat it as soon as it came out of the oven! I love easy recipes!
