To be honest, I was a little intimidated.. I have never made either of these, especially jams! So I went to the store to pick up a few things that I needed. (I had most of the ingredients already) Since it is October I had to settle for frozen peaches. That made me a little skeptical too. But one thing at a time...

The Directions are located on the back of the package and they are so simple! I gathered all the ingredients..

Again, the instructions were super easy. Mix everything together (besides the oil) and pat out into balls.

| Notice the Packaging.. Sealed tight and zip locked. The packaging is black and is light reflective which is good for campers and rv's ! The shelf life is up to three years ! |

So this is all it takes! Quick and easy! I was proud of myself =)The Crab Cakes were Great! They smelled amazing while frying and I was drooling lol. They are spicy, but I'm a fan of spicy. Alright! Check out my Kitcheneez™ Freezer Peach Jam! |

| Yep, its that easy! |
So, I let the Peaches Thaw, smashed them in the mixer, added sugar, cooked for 5 minutes, added mix, and poured in jars! One pack of mix and one bag of frozen peaches (3 1/2 cups smashed) made almost 4 8oz. jars of jam! Man it is good! After you pour it in the jar, just put the lid on and stick in the freezer. It seals itself! None of that boiling and canning that I have NO idea how to do!
